Early Season

The reports are in. Populations are on the rebound and hunting should be great. With an exceptionally wet year, conditions in Southeast Texas are excellent. In advance of the migration of a bumper crop of Teal and Doves, CFO should be poised for a wonderful early season. The 2006 Teal season has been changed to 16 days spanning September 9 – September 24. With the number of Teal working our sites last year, this truncated season should still yield plenty of opportunities to get in on some great action. Dove numbers, both local and migrates are looking good. Give us a call and let’s get the season started with a BANG!

Reservations can be made NOW for our Opening Dove and Teal Shootout Join CFO for a fun filled day of hunting and revelry. CFO presents to our select guests and corporate members an opportunity to hunt the very best. Taking place opening weekend of South Zone Dove, usher in the 2006 duck season with an early morning Teal Hunt followed by a Texas style bar-b-que lunch. Continue your hunting with a PRIVATE afternoon Dove Hunt and stay for evening festivities including live entertainment. Only Shootout guests will be present at both exclusive hunting locations. Package includes one night’s lodging at CFO, fully guided hunts, and festivities. Book your Shootout Hunt early or miss out on a great hunt, a fun party.

Corporate memberships:

We would like to welcome our new and returning corporate members to another year of fine hunting. CFO values each and every member, and our thanks go out to you. We continue improvements on our facilities and hunting sites to better accommodate your lodging and hunting needs. For more flexibility, CFO can customize memberships to fit any budget. If you have a group of friends with whom you like to hunt or if you would like to entertain that special client, CFO can handle the arrangements for you. Back by popular demand. CFO is looking for a limited number of individuals to round out our exclusive group. This package will provide the do it yourself hunter, access to CFO hunting properties. Guidelines and rates are available upon request. Space is limited so do not delay!

CFO is going South!! Or you might say, North and South. We are pleased to announce Trophy Deer Hunting with CFO. After many requests, we are offering Deer Hunting on 9000+ acres in the famed ‘Golden Triangle’ including LaSalle Country, in the Texas brush country, and the beautiful hill country of Mason. The intense wildlife management programs in effect at these ranches yield a variety of game for hunters to harvest. The ranches offer both rifle and bow hunting.
